What is the AYO season timeline?
Registration opens mid-late January
Registration deadline end of March
Teams are selected and coaches contacted in early May
Coaches contact all players by mid May
Optional practices are scheduled by individual coaches mid-late May
Games start early June
9 weeks of games are played, with no games played the week of July 4th
Last regular season games in early August
Family Fun Day - 2nd week of August
Who can play?
T-Ball
MIN. AGE: Must have turned 3 by Sept. 1, 2023
MAX. AGE: Will complete 5k in May of 2024 (1st Graders are eligible for AYO Softball)

MIN. AGE: Completed 1st Grade in 2024 (Younger than 1st Grade please see T-Ball Registration)
MAX. AGE: Enrolled in 12th grade for the 2023-2024 School year
When are games played?
T-Ball
Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.

Softball
Boys play Monday evenings.
Girls play Tuesday evenings.
Elementary/Middle school players start at 6 or 7 p.m.
High school players start at 8 or 9 p.m.
What is Family Fun Day?
All players are encouraged to attend
Fun games are played throughout the day, with schedule posted on Facebook
Prizes and trophies are given out
Dunk tank and bounce house
Raffle prizes, food, and fun!
How are we notified if games are canceled?
